Babak Hedayati has over 20 years’ high-tech experience in LBS, gaming, social networking and software. Before DeHood, he served as CEO of Vyoom, Vsolay and PointMarketing. Prior to that he was SVP of worldwide marketing at Cypress. Babak is a graduate of Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and holds a BS-EE from San Jose State University

David Kierzkowski is a serial entrepreneur and technology visionary. Before DeHood he was Co-Founder/CTO of Vyoom, where he contributed to overall strategy and set direction for product development. Prior to that David was a web and product development consultant creating over 20 e-commerce sites for a variety of online and offline businesses.

Michael Mertz has extensive experience in high-tech software, hardware and internet video. Before DeHood he was VP Marketing at Vyoom and VP Sales/Biz Dev at Vsolay and Point Marketing. Prior to that he launched numerous complex software products at Verisity and Synopsys. Mike holds a BS-CS/EE from the University of Kansas and an MBA in international finance from the American Graduate School of International Management.

John has experience in intellectual property litigation, IP transactions, as well as expertise in privacy and general regulatory and law and policy. Formerly Senior Counsel of Legal Affairs and Corporate development at Vyoom, John was previously part of the IP litigation group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as well as the Intellectual Property & Technology group at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Melbourne Australia. John holds both LLM and JD degrees from the Duke University School of Law, an MA in Philosophy from Stanford University, and a BA in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago.
